Patrick James will be leading the What Successful Managers Do course. Patrick is the President and Co-Founder of Enroad. A company focused on managers and helping them change and improve how they deliver results, meet business objectives, and work with employees. With a deep background in the entire customer journey, Enroad consults and coaches the entire customer-focused post-sales functions and departments. Patrick has over 25 years in Customer Success, Services, Operations, and Consulting. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Customer Success Manager (Level 2), and professor at San Francisco State University teaching Management Information Systems.
